Jason R. Sakis is the junior partner. Mr. Sakis is a Michigan SuperLawyer, an honor bestowed upon only the top five percent of all Michigan lawyers. He is also a lifetime member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum, which is a select membership of attorneys who have obtained verdicts/settlements of more than one million dollars. Fewer than one percent of all American lawyers have been able to become part of this group.
As a former law school professor and current visiting lecturer, he not only knows the law - - he teaches it. In addition, Mr. Sakis speaks to international legal professionals all over the world and is the author of scholarly legal articles and book chapters. He is a member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association, American Association of Justice, Million Dollar Advocates Forum, National Crime Victims Bar Association and the Lithuanian-American Bar Association.
Mr. Sakis is a proven trial attorney licensed to practice law in both Michigan and Georgia. He also has judicial clerkship experience, which provides him with invaluable insight in every case. With respect to the appellate arena, he has successfully argued numerous cases to the Michigan Supreme Court and the Michigan Court of Appeals. His comments and opinions about various appellate court decisions have even appeared on the front page of Lawyers Weekly.
